What is the difference between Steam a Seam 2 and Steam a Seam 2 Lite?

Steam-A-Seam 2 lite is my favorite for appliques, for it is a lighter finished piece. Lite Steam a Seam 2 is for lighter weight fabrics and for uses where you do not want a heaviness if you are laying pieces of applique upon one another where they will over lap.
