Is it OK to remove a job from your resume?
A short-term job that helped you pay some bills while you sought full-time work can likely be left off your resume. You should never omit relevant jobs (or any information) from a resume that will cause an employer to be misled in any way. What some people do, for example, is try to hide bad experiences.

Can employers find out who posted on Glassdoor?
There is no way for the employer to trace your review through Glassdoor. However, I’m a Glassdoor admin for my company and on the HR team. I’d say 90% of the time we know who left the posting because people tend to write them immediately after they have been put on a PIP, Have been fired, or quit.
