Are there any customer service reviews for eFlorist?
Ordered flowers last Tuesday for Friday delivery. No flowers, no tracking data. Not possible to speak to anyone and so called customer service system obviously designed to not provide any customer service. An appalling fraudulent company that should be closed down. I will be reporting them to Hampshire Trading Standards.
Why did I cancel my order with eFlorist?
After numerous emails and unable to have a live chat with Eflorist they informed me that I had cancelled the order and they had refunded my account. I have demanded an explanation as to who is supposed to have cancelled this order but as yet await an explanation. I certainly would never consider using this company again. Excellent bouquets!!!
When do I get my flowers from eFlorist?
I had ordered an order for a dozen pink roses and chocolates to be delivered on Monday 7th June, 2021 received a confirmation of order and a confirmed delivery date of 7th June. However on checking that my relative was happy with the flowers I was absolutely disgusted to find that she had not received them.
What do you think of the E florist website?
Shame on you e-florist. Your website photos bear no resemblance to the prodicy that you actually provide. Absolute rubbish. Look at the pictures on their website whether you choose standard, medium and large the boquet all contain the same number of flowers so its somewhat misleading.
