United States + Canada + Australia: Your return is on us (a.k.a free returns on all orders). Please note that our Engravable pieces are not eligible for return at any time.
How does Mejuri warranty work?
We’re confident in the quality of our product hence the 2-year coverage. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Mejuri.
Can you cancel Mejuri order?

Does Mejuri tarnish?
Mejuri’s gold vermeil is made from a thick layer of 18k solid gold on sterling silver. It has a much thicker layer of gold than regular gold plating. Vermeil still tarnishes, so the pieces need to stay away from sweat and water.
