Regardless of bends, twists, or turns, LED light strips can be modified to fit any application. Soldering LED strip lights allows for extended length, multi-strip connection, and secure bonding.

Why are my LED strip lights glitching?

The most common cause of flickering LED lights is a poorly matched LED power supply, otherwise known as a LED driver. It is purely determined by the design of the LED light fitting itself. As a general rule of thumb LED downlights most commonly use constant current drivers and LED strips constant voltage.

Can you zip tie LED light stripes?

We recommend zip-ties for every 12 inches of the LED strip, since double-sided tape may not be strong enough to securely attach the strip indefinitely.

How do I stop my LED lights from flickering?

Another thing that commonly causes flickering in LED bulbs is loose connections or circuits. This is easy to fix. Just screw the LED bulb in tighter to see of that fixes the problem. If there’s a lot of dust in the fixture, first blow out the connection points to remove the dust before putting the bulb back in.

Should I put my LED lights on the wall or ceiling?

We recommend having the lights go up your wall, but if you prefer to start the line of lights from the top of your wall, you will need LED strip clips to help hold up the power supply against the wall.

Do LED lights attract bugs?

LED bulbs are less attractive to bugs because they produce low heat and long wavelengths of light. Moreover, they produce little or no ultraviolet radiation. It makes them perfect for outdoor lights for events and around the home.

Can you nail LED strips?

Yes you can staple as long as no copper or led or resistor are touching. Make sure to not staple into the strip itself. You’d better not, It has the risk of shorting out the circuit or breaking the circuit(if you want to staple the strips as your way).
