Is Nvidia GeForce 820M good for gaming?
In our gaming benchmarks, the 3D performance of the GeForce 820M is similar to the former GT 720M and the Intel Iris Graphics 5100. This places the card in the entry level segment. Current games (as of 2013/2014) will run fluently only in low settings and resolutions.
Can we play GTA 5 on GT 820M?
No it will not. 820m is a weak gpu and a mobile i3 would be weak too. If it does work, which this and other videos suggest, you’ll need to carefully TWEAK the game settings to ensure it works well.

Is Nvidia GeForce 830M good for gaming?
An 830m can run games but on lower settings. With 768 resolution it may run on higher than low but depends on the games. GTA V is a lot more demanding than CSGO. You should be able to find benchmarks for your video card to check on.

Is GeForce 830M good?
Similar to GM107, the GM108 supports DirectX 12 (Feature Level 11_0 only). According to Nvidia, the GeForce 830M is about 25 percent faster than the old GT 730M. Practically, the advantage is a bit smaller and the performance similiar to the old GeForce GT 740M (about 20 percent below the GeForce 840M).
